PROJECT DESCRIPTION
HBA Strategy was appointed by the Client to visualise a village. Their brief was to put Tsugaike Village, Hakuba Valley, Japan, on the map as one of Japan's most prominent mountain destinations for both domestic and international tourists. HBA Strategy envisioned an entire strategic development, allowing the stories of the location to take the lead in the new brand creation of Tsugaike Village.
Grounded in extensive research and market strategy, HBA Strategy worked closely with the Client to develop a series of Stories which led to the creation of curated Lookbooks to tell the story of the Tsugaike Village, its stunning surroundings and its key hospitality properties from midscale to ultra-luxury. The Lookbooks visualise an entire village of the future.
