PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Nanjing Kingfine Marriot Hotel is located on the pivotal lakefront of Baijiahu at Nanjing’s upscale new development zone, Jiangning District, on the east of Shuanglong Road and north of Ximenzi Road.

It consists of 17 floors of guestrooms over an 8-story podium of restaurants and state of the art conference facilities including an 1100SM grand ballroom, 700SM junior ballroom, meeting facilities, food and beverage venues, and leasable office spaces. A gracious indoor infinity-edge pool is located at the podium deck, next to landscaped outdoor terrace and ceremonial garden. A high-end club-style Chinese restaurant is located on top of the guestroom tower.

The concept draws inspiration from Nanjing’s rich culture; celebrating the famous and ancient art of Nanjing silk weaving. This rich history and the exclusivity of the final product, as well as the intricate processes involved in developing this fabric, permeates through to the aesthetics and spatial planning of the hotel. Conceptually, the Nanjing traditional of silk weaving pervades all aspects of the design, to create a richly-layered and culturally-aware scheme.
