Vintage House
Renovation / United States / HBA Los Angeles / COMPLETED IN 2018
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Vintage House debuted October 2017 as part of a two-phase renovation encompassing two properties at The Estate Yountville. Embodying the spirit of California wine country and establishing itself as a place where Napa Valley’s warm culture mixes gracefully with a modern and relaxing vibe, Vintage House seamlessly blends into the treasured destination. The contemporary farmhouse-style hotel fits comfortably into the small town vibe, facing the residential side of Yountville.
The 80-bungalow property features a sophisticated color scheme of lavender and grey, with playful artwork decorating the walls. The carefully curated art is fun and romantic, with a wink. Custom artwork celebrates all things Napa Valley – from wine tasting to romance to getaways with friends, using pop art in a refreshing way.
The breathtaking main house lobby brings rustic elegance and modern sophistication to new heights of contemporary style, enabling guests to lose themselves in the moment, enjoying Napa’s peaceful appeal. The celebratory, showcase quality of the staircase was intentional, bringing a bit of dramatic effect into the space.
Guestrooms are light, fresh and welcoming with the beds and wood-burning fireplaces as the focal points of the room. A white clapboard headboard wall and rich velvet seating provide unique textural elements.
