PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In the spirit of the film Roman Holiday, glamour, fashion and nostalgia form the storyline for HBA's design of St. Regis Rome's Couture Suite. Inspired by the city's renowned fashion and design studios, the suite features signature furnishings and accessories, which celebrate the best of Italian style. In particular, the designers' muse was the couturier Valentino, whose fashion house was founded in Rome in 1965. With their timeless grace, emphasis upon flowing shapes and meticulous attention to detail, the essence of his creations has been woven into the rooms' design. Exquisitely luxurious materials and intricate embellishments, such as nail head trim on the timber paneling and millwork, the softest Italian leathers and finely stitched embroidery on the furniture, form the most elegant of suites.
