The S.A.L.T. (Sea and Land Taste) program aboard Silversea Dawn is a culinary-focused experience designed to connect guests with their travel destinations through regional food and drink. The project, led by Matteo Pace and completed in 2022, includes three distinct venues: S.A.L.T. Kitchen, S.A.L.T. Bar, and S.A.L.T. Lab. Each space was meticulously crafted to reflect the local culinary culture, offering guests a sensory journey that evolves with each destination. The design emphasizes immersive dining, local flavors, and hands-on culinary experiences, creating a holistic connection between travelers and the places they explore.
