PROJECT DESCRIPTION

HBA completed the first phase of the redesign of the luxurious Shangri-La Dubai to bring a fresh, bright and modern look to the property that had been a Dubai staple for more than a decade. Renovations include the hotel's public areas, including the main lobby and lounge, Dunes Café, corridors, lift lobby and guestrooms. The refreshed design blends the hotel's elegant atmosphere with next-generation appeal to match its surroundings in Dubai's Sheikh Zayed, located right in the heart of the vibrant and rapidly expanding city. The property will be completed in 2018, once the 302 guestrooms are unveiled to mark the completed renovation.
