“Le Bistrot” The French inspired all day dining, it’s depiction of Le Meridien hotel’s brand history which is originally established as a brand in 1972 by Air France. The 3 key concepts from brand historical context which is Market hall, Modern bistro, Tea room, reflects the sense of French culture. Dramatic circular entrance foyer which is inspired by authentic European market hall built by steel structure welcomes to the guests on arrival. Ceiling top light & French bistro style decorative lighting bright up the selection of fresh appetizer.The main dining with modern bistro concept, the feature island show kitchen at middle of the dining allows all of guests to enjoy chef cooking action, the smell of fresh food & the food presentation. Also the decorated wall with food & cutlery concept artworks and pop up color upholstery brings the space the taste of cheer and charm.Another dining area, called tea room, with lounge seating offers afternoon tea and selection of delicious sweets.
