PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project is situated next to the NeiHu lake in Taipei where pristine and lush landscapes surrounds it. Elements such as the hundred years old pine tree is reference to the interior where laser cut metal is used with an interpretation of leaves cascading its shadows on the grounds. The woven bench was custom made for the project in reference to a fish that is swimming by the nearby lake. The overall atmosphere is calm and Zen like, where tenants would be greeted by an authentic Li Chen’s sculpture at the reception, welcoming you back home. Understanding the culture of Taiwanese where reading is part of their lifestyle, a Library Lounge is created with Tatami seatingand framed landscape views . The “HuaLi” wood table is given to the property as gifts from owner where it costs over a million dollars for this piece. The pool has an infinitly edge where it blends seamlessly to the horizon of the NeiHu Lake. Fitness center should be should be personal and private.
