PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the China House. Presenting ingredients as the common denominator, a shared fresh foods market stands at the entrance, reversing the traditional space planning of a restaurant by opening the kitchen back of the house to the public first. From here the guest is invited to choose their favourite ingredients and cooking style, which will take them to their desired dining destination at last. The China House Restaurant with its vibrant and diverse offer of Chinese culinary specialities, lies to the left. And the elegant Hot Pot Restaurant, also inspired by traditional Dai PaiDong's, is located to the right.
