PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The hotel and its 389 guestrooms underwent an extensive refurbishment, paying homage to the rich cultural heritage of Tanjong Pagar. Drawing inspiration from the neighborhood's history, architecture, and natural surroundings, the interiors feature textured hallway wallcoverings and handcrafted porcelain tiles echoing traditional shophouse designs.
A curated palette of timber laminates, leather, and blackened metal creates an earthy, organic ambiance, complemented by green accents and rich wood tones reminiscent of verdant parks. Elegant lamp shades inspired by calligraphy celebrate Chinatown's artistic legacy. Intentional storytelling in every nuanced detail forges authentic connection to context and community, creating an immersive, multi-layered experience capturing the distinctive neighbourhood spirit.
